1. General Information Welcome to Talia Haus. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of our website and customers purchasing goods from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

3. Scope of Application These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via our online shop. For business customers, additional agreements may be required, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Orders and Contract Formation 4.1. The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to place an order.
4.2. By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order. We will confirm the receipt of your order via email. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. 

5. Pricing and Payment 5.1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified at checkout.
5.3. Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery and Shipping 6.1. Delivery times are specified on the product page and in the order confirmation.
6.2. We deliver within Germany. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
6.3. If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will inform you promptly.

7. Cancellation and Returns Policy 7.1. Right of Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving a reason.

7.3. Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation notification.
7.4. Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 7.5. Made-to-order and made-to-measure items are not returnable or refundable.

8. Warranty and Liability 8.1. Warranty: We provide a statutory warranty for defects in goods. The warranty period is two years from the delivery date.
8.2. Liability: We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For minor negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable and direct damages related to the contract.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bulgaria.
