2. Exceptions to Returns and Refunds 2.1. Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure Items: These items are custom-made to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.2. Sale Items: Products sold as part of a sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each sale item will include a detailed description of its condition, including any defects.
3. Conditions for Returns 3.1. Items eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3.2. Customers are responsible for returning items at their own expense unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
3.3. Returned items must be received within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
